Two Full-Time Marriage and Parenting Facilitator Opportunities
​
Moses House Ministries is seeking compassionate and motivated facilitators to join our team and help strengthen families in the High Desert.
​
If you are passionate about supporting healthy marriages, equipping parents, inspiring lasting transformation, and helping families build strong foundations for their children, we would love to hear from you.
​
The Marriage & Parenting Facilitators will work directly with couples enrolled in our Marriage & Parenting (MA & PA) Program, helping them grow in their understanding of marriage, strengthen their communication and parenting skills, and increase their parenting skills in order to create healthy environments for children to thrive. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoys working with people, approaching challenges with creativity and encouragement, and helping families develop practical strategies for long-term success. Both Facilitator positions will work in partnership to carry out programs on behalf of families throughout the High Desert community.

Qualifications:
-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).

Experience: Recruiting, building and facilitating study groups, teaching curriculum-based classes, case management working with families and marriages
-
Ability to coordinate childcare services for program participants
-
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
-
Basic computer proficiency and data analysis and entry skills
-
Able to manage confidential information and maintain accurate documentation
-
Commitment to maintaining a positive working relationship with staff, mentors, and other volunteers, as well as with community partners to whom clients are referred for services
-
Professionalism: Dependable, punctual with organizational and time management skills
-
Solution based problem solving and conflict resolution skills
-
Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) a plus
-
Some evening or weekend hours may be required to accommodate participant schedules
-
Ability to sit, stand, and move between class and office settings.

Ability to lift materials up to 25 lbs. (curriculum supplies, childcare materials, etc.).

Work takes place in office, classroom, community, and occasional home settings
-
Local travel may be required​
Compensation:​
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Data Manager Opportunity
​
The Data Manager assists Moses House in carrying out effective ministry to families through data collection, entry and analysis. The importance of demonstrating the effectiveness of programs offered is valuable to the continuance of the mission of Moses House Ministries. The Data Manager ensures participant interactions with programs are recorded and pre- and post- assessments demonstrate effective intervention.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Preferred).

Experience working with database systems and spreadsheets in order to generate reports and tables highlighting specified outcomes.

Advanced computer proficiency and data analysis and entry skills
-
Knowledge of IT systems and installation.
-
Basic computer programming skills are a plus.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
-
Able to manage confidential information and maintain accurate documentation
-
Commitment to maintaining a positive working relationship with staff, mentors, and other volunteers, as well as with community partners to whom clients are referred for services
