Full-Time Case Manager Opportunity

 

We are looking for an incredible individual who desires to join a dynamic team of leaders, working together to impact the High Desert communities with life changing support. Moses House is currently looking to fill a position within our Case Management program. The Case Manager is part of a Case Management team responsible for carrying out effective ministry to families of young children. The Case Manager will develop meaningful work relationship with parents, families, coordinators, staff, and volunteers that provide training, encouragement, support, and accountability. The purpose of the Case Manager position is to facilitate clients’ successful creation and implementation of family empowerment plans, leading to safety, self-sufficiency and success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field strongly preferred;

  • Previous Experience working with clients in a one-on-one environment developing goals and work plans, preferably in a case management environment;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including program materials, and reporting documents;

  • Proficient in computer skills and strong understanding of office software systems, including: Word, Excel, Google Docs and Calendars, Power Point, and Access;

  • Reliable transportation and insurance;

  • Bilingual preferred, but not required;

  • Be available to work flexible hours where necessary.
